Telephone conversation (Free of charge)

An informal conversation with Chris to help you decide if Asclepieia Hypnotherapy and Wellness is right for you. Lasting approximately 15-30 minutes, this is an opportunity to discuss the service and to ask any questions that you may have.

Initial consultation (see below)

Before your first appointment, an initial consultation is required to explore your current situation and discuss any relevant background or history. This allows Chris to develop a clear understanding of how Asclepieia Hypnotherapy and Wellness can support you and helps shape an appropriate plan moving forward.

To help minimise the cost of treatment, this consultation can be completed by telephone or video call at no additional charge. In these cases, the consultation is included within the cost of your first session and does not incur a separate fee.

If preferred, the consultation can instead be completed in person at the clinic, but please note that face-to-face consultations are charged at the standard session rate of £60 per hour.

The initial consultation will usually take place around one week before your first session.
